Think you can't paint? Join us for an evening of creativity and fun. We provide 2 - 2 1/2 hours of entertaining art instruction. Each class is $40 per person which includes a 16X20 pre-sketched canvas and all art supplies.

NEW CLASS! Girls Night Out Mosaic Class

A great introduction to glass mosaics!
Students will design and create their own fine art mosaic piece. Class will focus on designing for glass mosaics, introduction to different types of glass, surfaces suitable for glass mosaic, glass tools, cutting and shaping techniques, patterns, fixatives for glass and appropriate applications.
Students will design and create their own piece of mosaic artwork. No experience necessary, beginning and returning students welcome!
Class One: Introduction to glass. Glass cutting and design techniques will be demonstrated. Students will design project and begin choosing and cutting glass.
Five week course: Tuesday nights 6-8:00 p.m., January 6, 2009-February 3, 2009 at the Mobile Studio. Registration Deadline: January 1, 2009. $150 per person due by registration deadline.

NEW CLASS! Saturday Morning Art Classes For Kids
- Discover the benefits of artmaking in childhood development!
This is a workshop designed specifically to cultivate creativity in children 6 to 12 years of age. Through art, children learn to view the world as a place filled with possibilities, where they can express their own vision. Our goal is to develop and strengthen creative skills, build self-esteem, encourage self-expression and stimulate imagination in children through the arts. In this course, your child will learn the fundamentals of drawing, oil pastels, watercolor, printmaking and painting. A six-week class that will culminate with the Paint & Pals Children’s Art Show and Awards Ceremony!
Six week course: Saturday mornings 10am-12:30 p.m., January 3 - February 7, 2009 at the Mobile Studio.
Registration Deadline: January 1, 2009. $150 per child due by registration deadline.

- Introduction to Drawing - For those of you who long to draw but have been too terrified to start; a first step towards a long adventure in discovering your own talent. Learning to draw can be fun. Through simple exercises, an experienced artist will teach you the basic techniques of drawing.
- Art in the Park Paint & Pals Field Trips. Bring a picnic basket & be inspired! Classes will include sketching, watercolor and painting. All materials provided.
- Painting Without a Road Map - This class will introduce you to the to the world of abstract painting. Learn how an abstract image can evolve from your own imagination.
